Return & Refund Policy

At SwissFibre, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags attached (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return (optional)

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

After approval, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

As our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, returns may need to be sent to an overseas address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take several business days depending on your bank or provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
